There are many ways to send messages to players/guardians/coaches. It's also possible to attach documents and images to the chat.

In the app:

You can send messages in the app like this:

  1. Open the group you want to message.
  2. Navigate to the Members section.
  3. Select the three-dots icon in the upper-right corner and then select Message group.
  4. Select whether to send the message to Guardians, Members, or both.
 



Sending a direct message to members or guardians

  1. Go to Members and select the member you want to send a message to.

  2. Select Message and there you can select the member or their guardians.




Sending a message through an event

  1. Go to the event.
  2. Select the three-dots icon in the upper right corner and then Message.
  3. There you can send the message.


On a browser:

  1. Select the relevant group in the left-hand menu.
  2. Select the Groups tab
  3. Click the three-dots icon for the player group you want to message and select Message. 
  4. You can send the message to:
    • Everyone in the age group
    • Players only
    • Guardians only
    • Coaches only 
Note: You can always see what individuals you are sending to by clicking the users at top.


Sending direct messages

  1. Navigate to the Members tab.
  2. Find the player you want to message and select the three-dots icon next to their name.
  3. Select whether to Message member or Message Family.


Sending a message through an event

  1. Navigate to the Events tab.
  2. Click the three-dots icon next to the relevant event and select Message.
