The Staff tab in the Director HQ provides an overview of all the coaches and employees in the club.
On the left-hand side, you will find a list of all the coaches in the club. The right-hand side displays the groups.
From here you can:
- Assign coaches to groups.
- Move coaches between groups or remove from groups.
- Define their roles within a specific category.
- Assign them to subgroups as needed.
Coach roles
Coaches can have the following roles within the system:
- Head coach
The head coach is clearly marked as such in the app, making it easy for players and guardians to identify the person in charge of the group. They can add other coaches, manage events, trainings, and handle all team-related responsibilities. - Coach
Coaches share similar responsibilities the head coaches but cannot add other coaches to the group. They are listed as coach in the app and appear below the head coach in the team structure. - Assistant
Assistants have fewer responsibilities and are often used for roles such as parents, kit managers, or other helpers. They can create events but don't have full coaching privileges.
Adding coaches to groups
- Select Staff in the left-hand menu.
- Select Add Staff in the upper-right corner.
- Select the group the coach will be responsible for.
- Enter the coach's name or email address. If the coach is not found, select Add new member to create a new profile.
