Member profiles can be active, pending activation, or simply registered. This status applies to all member types—staff, coaches, guardians, and participants—and is visible when viewing member (group) and staff lists in both Coach HQ and Director HQ.

1. Registered (Light boarder)

The member has been registered by someone else (for example, a guardian or coach) but does not have an active account.

Example: 

Vivian A's profile picture is visible, but her account is inactive. Guardians can upload a profile picture for their child, even if the account hasn't been activated yet.

2. Pending Invite (Dashed border)

The member has been invited to activate their account by someone else (for example, a guardian or coach). The invite is sent via email or SMS.

3. Activated Account (Black border)

The member has activated their account on Abler (either via the app or web) through an invite or self-sign-up.

Member status and guardian status

To display member and guardian status in a member list, ensure that the Player status and Show guardians options are enabled.

Example:

• Toby Jones and his guardian have a pending invitation.
• Thomas G is registered but does not have a connected guardian. You can select Invite to send an invitation to both Thomas and his guardian.
• Olivia and her guardian have successfully activated their accounts.

To message a member or their family, select the three-dots icon on the right-hand side and select the messaging option.
